Make sure the robot can move freely and is not obstructed by any obstacles. If this is the case, simply move the robot away from the obstacle or remove it and place it in an area that it has already cleaned nearby

Press the power button on the robot to resume cleaning.

If your robot regularly gets stuck in the same place, you can use the MyDyson™ app to set a boundary for that area.
